Our founder, Tony Sherman, has been investing in and building self-storage facilities since 1993, first as a Partner at The Pegasus Group in Walnut Creek, CA. He’s also grown his most recent venture, Terrapin Hospitality, from a collection of several limited-service hotels to a portfolio worth over $300,000,000 and built a nationwide management company with over 80 hotels which recently was sold to a larger competitor.
