Founder/Principal: Mr. Anthony Jon Sherman
Tony Sherman is responsible for acquisitions and all management oversight for Terrapin. Tony was formerly a general partner at the Pegasus Group in Walnut Creek, CA until 1998. In 2000, he formed Terrapin Investment Corp. to acquire self-storage and other high cash flow properties for investors.
After 9/11, Tony saw a cyclical opportunity in the hotel business. His first hospitality acquisition was a Ramada Limited in Tucson, AZ in 2003, which he sold at 75% above purchase price two years later. Since then, Terrapin has continued to grow and now owns and manages various Marriott and Hilton branded select service hotels in the Southwestern and Southeastern United States.

Senior Vice President of Operations: Robert Adler
Bob Adler currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Terrapin Investments and is responsible for the operational oversight of the existing hotel portfolio.
He also spends significant time working closely with ownership to further develop major initiatives and programs in support of the overall operating evolution of the management company.
Bob has 25 years experience in the hospitality industry including key General Manager, Regional Director and Regional Vice President roles with several leading hospitality management companies throughout the United States. Bob has worked with many well known brands within Marriott, Hilton, Holiday Inn, and Choice hotels in corporate owned and franchised environments.
Prior to joining Terrapin, Bob was a Regional Vice President for a top hospitality company on the East Coast. He was responsible for the operational performance of several hotels in a multi state region consisting of Marriott, Hilton and Holiday Inn branded hotels.
Bob holds a BA in Management and a MA in Human Resources Development.
Vice President of Sales: Susan Liston
Susan Liston is an exerienced sales & marketing leader with over 22 years in hospitality sales, catering, and marketing disciplines. Her expertise is maximizing revenue and growing market share through proactive selling, strategic revenue management, and use of current marketing and eCommerce techniques. She has experience managing a diverse portfolio including full and select service hotels and supporting major brands including Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Choice Int'l.
Prior to joining Terrapin, Susan oversaw the sales and marketing activities of a portfolio of select service hotels for Marriott International. Prior to that role, Susan was the Director of Sales & Marketing for the Davis County CVB. Susan also led the sales efforts for a portfolio of full service Marriott, Hilton, and Holiday Inns in the West and Southwest for Ocean Properties, Ltd.
Susan has extensive hands-on experience in the field as Director of Sales & Catering for the Ogden Eccles Conference Center and Marriott University Park and Senior Account Executive at the Marriott Downtown Salt Lake City.

Corporate Controller: Candi Floyd
Candi Floyd has over 25 years of hotel accounting experience with several hospitality companies including Wyndham, Remmington Hotels, Sunstone Hotel Company, Huntington Hospitality Group and Western International Hospitality. Her varied leadership background at the corporate level as well as in several key controller positions at the property level have been invaluable in her role to protect the assets of several hospitality ownership companies.
Candi resides in the Dallas/Ft Worth Metroplex and is responsible for accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial statements including balance sheets and statements of cash flow. Candi and her team also prepare bank and balance sheet reconciliations, preparation of sales/use and occupancy tax returns as well as cash management.
